10:31 Student Ministries is about one thing - GLORIFYING GOD! As part of Timberlake Baptist Church, this ministry seeks to minister to parents and students. Our aim is to glorify God by seeking to make disciples of Christ, and to challenge those disciples to model God’s Word, minister to others, and be messengers to the unbelieving. We desire to disciple others toward Christlikeness through the sufficient Word of God and develop an atmosphere that stimulates spiritual health and growth. We seek to provide God-centered teaching and discipleship that is rooted in the Scriptures as well as consistent relationship building and ministry opportunities throughout the year. We believe that these teenage years are an age of unprecedented opportunity, and they must be approached with a sense of hope and mission. While this ministry does not exist to replace the parents’ role in the home, we do desire to come alongside and encourage them as they shepherd their families. It is our desire to see God ignite a passion within each student to love Him and His Word, so that they will become an active and passionate participant in the body of Christ!
