Welcome from Pastor Stephen

Welcome to the new website for Timberlake Student Ministries! I hope that this will prove an accessible way to keep you all informed of upcoming events and to be able to interact with the Word. If you are wondering what we are all about, let me tell you! Our aim is to glorify God by seeking to make disciples of Christ, and to challenge those disciples to model God’s Word, minister to others, and be messengers to the unbelieving. We desire to centralize the Word of God so that each student will learn to love and live the Scriptures. We desire to come alongside the parents as they shepherd their families. We want to partner with each one of them in prayer for their children, asking God to shape each one into men and women who are marked by their love for Jesus and their commitment to the Word. We are also very passionate about loving one another and building unity! It is our desire that this youth group reflect the love of Christ. We want to build relationships with the students and point them to the sufficiency of Christ. It is our desire to see God ignite a passion within each student to love Him and His Word, so that they will become an active and passionate participant in the body of Christ by loving and serving one another.

The sidebar contains helpful links that will help keep you informed of future activities and also provides resources for both parents and teens. I have created two additional sites that are linked to this one. The first is a site called "Chew On It" that contains the current devotional that we are studying as a youth family. The other is a site to host all our pictures from all our events.
