Well, we have finally arrived in Guatemala! The traveling day was long and tiring, but everyone has had a wonderful attitude. We left TCS at 10pm on Monday, March 8th and arrived at the mission compound by 3pm on Tuesday, March 9th. Each checkpoint was reached smoothly with no problems and no one lost their luggage! Once we arrived at the compound, we got unpacked and got settled in our rooms. We are all in one nice and big apartment with the ladies have a room all to themselves on one side and the guys have the same on another separate side of the apartment. We have already had wonderful meals and have been treated like royalty. The students even got a chance to swim in the pool after dinner! We ended the day with team devotions from Philippians 2:1-16 and had a sweet time of fellowship and prayer together. Today we will be touring the facility here and putting together our supply packages for the village ministry we will be doing later in the week. Tomorrow, we will begin our building and painting projects, which the team is really excited about. I am sorry for the short post without pictures, but I promise that I will put pictures in my next post for you to see. Thank you for your prayers for us!

It's a milestone-the first Sr. missions trip for ALL the luggage to arrive with the students. Praying for you guys.
