We have all been so blessed to be here with the people of Guatemala! We had a wonderful day on Monday getting a full tour of the ministry of the Hope of Life Mission. They are doing a huge work for God among the elderly, the infants and children who are abandoned in the mountains, and those in the surrounding villages who are impoverished. In the afternoon, we went to the Dump, where people come to get food three times a week. Family after family came and the team served them food and drink, but also spent quality time playing with the children. After we returned, we spent several hours with the children in the orphanage. I was so proud of the way that each student joined in whole-heartedly in serving the children in so many different ways. We finished out the evening singing praises to God and sharing testimonies of God's grace in our lives and what great things God has done!
