Safely here and serving Christ

Thank you for your patience with this blog post!  We arrived safely in Guatemala on Saturday evening and had a smooth trip the entire day. The weather here is beautiful and the mountain views are gorgeous.  Yesterday was spent doing ministry at Chiquimula Church and at a church nearby the Mission Compound at the Hope of Life Mission.  I am already proud of this group!  They have served the Lord and represented Him well.  We had the opportunity to sing, share salvation testimonies, teach children a bible lesson Jesus being the Bread of Life, and share in worshipping with our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ here in Guatemala!  Our evening was spent sharing how this trip has impacted us so far and singing praise to God for His greatness and love.  Last night, the team wanted to stay up and continue singing, which thrilled my heart.

Today we will be taking a tour of the Hope of Life Mission and going the Dump to feed an entire village.  Pray for us that we will have our hearts prepared and ready to serve.  Thank you for your prayers and for thinking of us while we are serving Christ in Guatemala!  I will try to post some more at the end of today.
