Our team has made it to the land of the Bible! We had a long 2 days of traveling, and are looking forward to getting some rest tonight. Soon, we will See, Ride, Walk, Pray, Swim, Hike, and Read in places where thousands of years of history have transpired. In one day we will go from swimming in the Mediterranean Sea beside 2000-year-old Roman Aqueducts to riding a cable car in the desert 1,388 ft below sea level, and the experiences will come and keep coming! We will relax on a boat in the Sea of Galilee, creep through the dark underground, water-filled tunnel with only a flashlight, and climb Elijah’s Mt. Carmel. We will cool our feet in the spring of Gideon, see the valley where Armageddon will take place, and pick up stones from the field where David killed Goliath. In addition to all of that we will encourage our hearts with times in the Word and fellowship around great food, fun, other activities. Most importantly, we will walk in the places the Lord Jesus Himself walked. We will pray where He prayed and step inside the garden tomb and celebrate His resurrection from the Dead for you! It will be a unforgettable experience!
Thanks to all who have supported us and are praying for us as we embark on this journey together. We are going to eat dinner and enjoy a restful evening!
